What does it mean?
Our warranty covers any damage to your socks caused by quality issues or regular wear—no matter how long you've had them or how often you wear them. We'll replace your socks free of charge for qualifying issues.
📅 Starting June 15, 2025, you no longer need to send back damaged socks. Just provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and we'll process your replacement right away.
The only exception? Intentional damage is not covered.
Please Note:
- Each pair of socks is eligible for one lifetime replacement.
- Each order qualifies for the warranty once per item.
- Customers are responsible only for the shipping cost of the replacement.
This policy helps us continue offering a generous, sustainable warranty for all customers.
